I received the complete set of pans on January 7th and wrote a very good 5 star review ... The color I selected went well with my Scandinavian kitchen design and the promise of a healthy non stick pan on top of that was just what I wanted. NOW, 6 weeks later I am finding the ownership experience very disappointing and am rewriting my review. As the weeks went on we discovered that should somehow a sauce boil over and get on the exterior of the pan it will NOT come off. We tried various cleaning products becoming more and more aggressive with harsher products but still the food remained seared onto the side. The pan is stained forever. As you can see from the photos no matter how much scrubbing the exterior stains do not come off and the inside of the pan which has been very easy to clean is suddenly allowing food cooked at low temps to remain stuck inside the pan taking a great deal of effort to clean. I am almost at the point of donating these to Goodwill and buying from another seller. Perhaps the seller will contact me and offer a solution and I can again write a more promising review.I’ve been debating writing this review for quite some time, but these pans are not nonstick. Anything that you cook will permanently leave food residue. You can’t scrub it clean no matter what and the bottom shows heat marks.Maybe they’re cheap? Maybe it’s just because they’re white pans? I have no idea, but the quality is not what I expected. Just save up and buy better pans.on top of all this, the most annoying part is that the main cooking pan does not have a lid that fits it. There’s not a single lid in the entire pan pack that fits the one pan that you’ll use the most.Love the classy set. Maybe because it's white but started seeing burn marks where the induction top meets the pan after 2 weeks. Still, it cooks evenly and their great for the price.Loved these so much. I’ve had for about a month or 2 and bottoms r already chipping and changing color. Kind of bummed cu I was hoping these would last. Really pretty pink though and non stick works well!They are hard to clean & stains do not come off.I also put in dishwasher & the silver rim is gone.Customer service is great! Received my set and my griddle skillet was bent from packaging. They replaced it quickly. However one of my glass lids shattered in my face the other day. Not really sure why it happened. It should have been able to withstand the heat from the steam l, especially since it was only on a 4 heat setting.Don't buy! The color goes away with heat! Not worth the money. It ends up looking like a burned beige color.I love the pots and pans unfortunately it was shipped to my house damaged with a broken lid, reached out to sellers hopefully we can get a replacement lid for it
