This is a 30A Control Panel for powder coating oven w/ light and fan control feature. The PID controller has built-in timer function, so that it can hold set temperature at a certain amount of time and then shut off power; press the blue push buttom momentarily, it will reset the timer and start aother curing batch. During the heating process, one can use a manual switch to turn ON or OFF the heater when needed. The alarm buzzer can be used as either temp alarm or finishing alarm; when it goes off, it can also be easliy muted by using the alarm ON/OFF selector switch. With the PID controller SWA-2451, oven can be heated up to set point as soon as possible and maintain for a preset period to cure the part. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be re-started again by pressing the reset button. The PID controller can also be used as a thermometer if the operator turned heater switch to OFF position, the heater outlet will be powered off completely by the contactor. Meanwhile, system performance is enhanced by SSR (Solid State Relay). When the heater switch is turned to ON position, the PID controller will provide power to the element via SSR which will take action in only 2 seconds.
