I have owned Tri-Ply cook for many years. Even, fast heating. Outer layer is stainless steel. Inner layer helps the Stainless Steel with cooking a meal throughout quickly.You pay at least double the money for this pan, but this will be a pan that you keeping handing down to your family.The size of the pan is good for the main meal of 2-3 people. Even thought the diameter is 7 inches its sides are quite high. It fits works perfectly on my one burner induction burner.I like and own 3 ply pans pans; that is the only reason I want to share with you the outstanding quality of this pan.
