For years I used an old rusty broiler pan - my husband found this great pan on Amazon for a great price :-) Perfect size just a tad smaller easy to fit in dishwasher. I could have not asked for a better product - CheersI use it for cooking bacon in the oven. Grease drips down into tray, leaving crispy baconOld chrome pan rusted out, and I wanted a new pan to use with the new range. This one fits the bill. Porcelain finish is easy to clean.Like that it is porcelain instead of metal.This was the perfect pie for my new apartment when the stove did not come with these appliance. Good material easy to cleanIt works as advertised it’. Good value for the priceThis has worked nicely in our oven. Easy to clean if clean right away.Great way to cook healthy by keeping any greasy food out of the grease.It is exactly what it says, but just larger than required. Half size would have been perfect.Worked perfectly for what I got it for. I got it for a meatloaf recipe I had. Did just what it should. All the fat from the meat dripped down to the bottom half during cooking, making easy to dispose of. And making it a much healthier meal. If would work well for any meat you cooked.Easy to clean, especially if you put a piece of tin foil on the bottom.Only thing I didn't like are the edges could've been finished off better. The potential is there for cuts, limited but still there. (Not only that but the lack of smoothing on the edges put scratches in the grips of bottom pan during shipping; scratched coating(s) right off in places).Just to be upfront, this pan WILL, in fact, warp when you put it into a hot oven. Thus far, it seems to return to its original shape once it cools. On the other hand, if you know all that going in, you can get a lot of value out of this pan. It works as advertised and is a breeze to clean up. I would buy it again and I'd recommend it to a friend with the single caveat that it will warp under high heat.Good:- Dishwasher safe- Very big, at an attractive price. Can fit a chicken and then some- Made in USA- Can use the bottom pan by itself if you like; good 2-in-1 product- Durable, reasonably heavy build- Great non-stick (porcelain) surface, cleans like a charmBAD:- The first one arrived with some VERY deep gashes in it. Amazon was very nice and sent a replacement (by express post) without any issues. The gashes were so deep, it went through multiple layers and got into the underlying base metal.
