I've had this set 10 months now. I've always been really happy with OXO products and after a lot of research, I settled on this set of pans. I replaced a set of Calphalon Unison that I'd had for several years that finally started to break down but are no longer available. After reading and researching several brands, I thought this set would be the right one. And it was. At first. I make two scrambled eggs with a bit of cottage cheese added every morning for breakfast in the 8" pan. I never use anything metal opting for a silicone spatula bought here (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FXPDZH4/) on medium heat, and have not had any trouble sticking. I still don't. What I'm finding is pitting. There are little holes showing up in the non-stick coating and I'm seeing more and more all the time. This is not good since; number 1, I don't know what's causing it and number 2, I don't know where the coating coming off is going except that it must be going in my food. That means I'm ingesting it! Not happy at all. So now, I'm on the hunt once again for new pans or at least a new egg pan. The larger pan doesn't seem to have this problem right now, but I'm thinking it's just a matter of time. For the record, I hand wash these. They don't go in my dishwasher, this 8" doesn't go in the oven at all, I use a gas stove, the pan is not abused. All I do is make eggs in it. :(Bought one to try for making eggs on the weekend, it was great, my wife bought another.When I added oil pan on the oil went on the outer circle of the pan leaving a hump in middleWe have used the heck out of these pans from the day we bought them. Everyday us and they still look brand new. Love them. Easy cleanup and the metal handle is great for oven use.I can't say enough good things about these pans. If you're looking for quality pans that are non-stick, these are the best I've seen. Note - like all non-stick, don't use metal utencils!I bought two sets of these and use them in a commercial kitchen on occasional Sundays. Only used for eggs any style. no sticking with proper oil and great for flipping eggs without a spatula. Very easy to clean the inside of the pan, but some discoloration and staining on the outsides, as with any other brands I have used. Be careful with the metal handles, they can get very hot.Overall we like these new non-stick pans from OXO. The products from this brand are all very good. The only thing that would make these pans better is less steep sides, if they were sloped a little bit.Love these nonstick pans , tried others and these are perfect. I do wash them by hand and not in dishwasher but no chipping and love them.
