Tuxton Concentrix Square Dinner Plates in Cobalt Blue. There's NOTHING I don't like about these plates. I ordered two sets, for everyday use. I'll be choosing them to use even for 'special' occasions. I very much like that they mix 'n' match with my existing plates AND with the other vibrant colors of the Tuxton Concentrix line. I like that they are freezer to ovenproof, with a high glaze. The fact they are square means they store in my cupboards easily. I'd order many more pieces, such as side, soup, salad plates and serving plates, if they too, were available in this Concentrix Cobalt Blue SQUARE shape; which they do not appear to be.A complete 8 piece dinner service option being made available would be welcome ! These are heavy plates, with a touch of elegance. With my existing plates, I can choose to add a themed look to the dinner table; for example: red, white and blue; blue, green and black, bright lemon yellow and blue; blue, white and polka dots. They bring a touch of the moderne to even my more traditional china pieces, including the restaurant grade noodle and dipping sauce bowls I have. Paired with bright red lacquered chopsticks, they're a simple grace.My family loves everything about them, especially this Cobalt color and almost immediately asked me to order more of any other square pieces. I love everything about them, too. They add a sesnse of fun and the trendy to complex meals and simple dinners. They're microwave safe, heavy, but not too heavy. They dishwash streak free.The order arrived on time, carefully packaged and undamaged. I'm hopeful the glaze will not crack with use, as so many freezer to oven or pre-heated plates can do, over less than 6 months use.At this point, I would order these again. I am considering ordering them in a couple of complimentary colors for a seafood party buffet.Tuxton, I do hope you will make square side pieces, serving dishes (with lids), condiment sets and large platters. I would purchase them all. ;)
