I have ordered these pellets probably more than 10 times. Great flavor burns clean. As far as the complaint I read about how they perform in a Traeger I cant say. I had Traeger for years but upgraded to a Yoder and they work great in it. The opening part all I can say is really city boy. Never opened a draw string bag? If the came in a plastic bag. You could bet they weren't Amish made. I would hate to go back to my old pellets.
