My son had gotten into the habit of throwing his plate and he broke several melamine kids plates this way. This plate is the perfect solution. I do find that I need to rinse out the ears when it comes out of the dishwasher. The water and soap seems to get stuck there.Quality plate, washes well and is a hit for our picky toddler! Neither on the high chair neither on the table. I am very disappointed... I like that it goes in the oven and dishwasher. The back of the car is not made the same therefor won't stay in place.Doesn't stick to the highchair tray very well. Baby just picks it up.
