I go oil-free from time to time, and when I do, the hardest thing for me to give up is always French fries because I love them way too much!So, I usually opt out for the easier solution and I don't do it.But with this oven crisper pan I don't have to!Makes delicious crispy French "fries" in 35 minutes, and you don't even have to flip them, which is the best part for me! They are crunchy, decadent and straight up delicious! I use it almost every day, sometimes even two or three times a day (yes, that's how much I love potatoes!).Cleaning is super easy, you just pour water in and then just wash it lightly with a sponge and a bit of soap and everything comes off in just one stroke because I don't use any oil so there's nothing to "stick" and nothing you need to scrub. It is recommended though to handwash it instead of putting it in the dishwasher so you don't ruin the non-stick layer of the pan, which might be a problem for some people but I don't mind it at all.The pan itself is not too big but it can comfortably contain three big potatoes, which is enough for me for one serving of "fries". A friend of mine housesat for me when I went to Europe for a month and she told me she roasted some veggies in it and they also turned out perfectly and she said that she will have to get one too because she spends too much money or parchment paper for roasting lightly oiled vegetables.If you're thinking about going oil-free, or just want to use less oil in your cooking, then this is a must have for your kitchen!
