had to have it repaired before we could turn it on.He do not warranty there stoves. I bought a $15000 stove convection oven. This product was not up to par not even close. Pilots keep going out in oven and a handle broke off only had about 8 months. They said they won’t even fix it. Terrible service department. Trust me I have had oven/stoves by other companies last much longer like years one lasted 14 years. Don’t get South Bend. I feel as though I would not write this if there service department stood by their product.
