there is no programing function, otherwise would be a 5-star, not suitable for stakes and crabcake, every thing eles, great!I had a hard time debating between this oven with another one, but this product seems to be more durable based on the review. I am happy with my purchase. I only wish the interior has more height so it can allow me to steam more Chinese dishes, and I wish there is a pure steam only feature without bake/reheat. Bake will dry the top of the food a bit, so I end up needing a cover or lid for the food. It is now very easy to steam food. The reservoir is small, but can last for a long time. If you are thinking of buying this oven, think no more. It is a solid purchase.I bought this to steam fish. It does a perfect job of that. I don't have to watch over a thing. Moist and sensational every time. Then I moved on to vegetables. All kinds. Perfect. Then I discovered the reason it's so perfect is because it has an upper element that ever so slightly leaves a grilled style finish. One day my mother informed me it makes perfect toast. I thought it was an April Fool's joke, but no. Perfect again. Basically, the oven is idiot proof and easy to clean too! It took me 2 years to put this review up, but oh yeah, I'm in love with this oven!No negatives except wish bin for water was a bit larger , no far it hasn’t disappointedDidn’t work for meIt’s really too small for a countertop oven, too flat, only pizza fits well, nothing else! The interior is too deep dark, and light is not bright enough, won’t give you a pleasant cooking experience! I had to return it!Exactly what I hoped for!Loved it until it started leaking water everywhere (~2 years use). Took it apart to find the problem (packed full of calcium deposits). While the manual says to use filtered water, it should really caution you about using hard water. Would be nice if they had any suggestions on descaling, but it says to avoid using acidic solutions...
