Bosch 00798846 Genuine OEM Wall Oven Extension Rack - Compatible with Select Bosch Wall Ovens - Perfect for Extra Baking Space & Cookware Storage

These racks are over priced pieces of junk and Bosch doesn't even have the confidence to warranty them. We've been using our oven for about 3 months, never going above 450F, and the ball bearings are no longer working so the rack is stuck. You are not supposed to use the self clean function on the oven with this rack in place (usually 800F-1000F). So either my oven temperature controls are way off, or this rack is a gimmicky waste of money. Basically can only use this if you want to warm food. I sound pretty salty, but it's also because Bosch customer service basically told me that they are chalking it up to user error and won't cover the cost of replacement. Don't waste your money, just use a normal rack.
