BEFORE FIRST USE 1.Wash the frying pan inside and out (detergent may be used). 2. After filling the pan 1/3 with oil, heat it on low for 5 mins. 3. Turn off the heat and pour the oil into a container such as an oil pot. 4. Wipe completely with paper towel and the inner surface of the frying pan with the remaining oil, make sure the whole surface is oiled.
EVERY TIME BEFORE USE By following the process, the food won't stick to the pan. 1. Heat the fry pan on medium. 2. Fill it with a ladleful of oil. 3. When the oil has heated and sufficiently permeated the surface of the pan, pour it into an oil pot. This process is called oiling. Then put the necessary amount oil into the pan and start cooking. AFTER USE Wipe the pan with paper towel while it's still warm, and use scourer to wash it with hot water and then wipe it.
