It comes easily clean from oily foods unlike anything plastic. I save water, and scrub time, and money on food. I dropped a few several times onto my wood floor and have not lost any yet to smashing apart. I still do not recommend dropping them and the tops will crack if it lands on the top, but this is not expected use!I couldn’t be more pleased with these products.Update 2:I genuinely like these. And the largest one that had the messed up lid ended up getting dropped and broken ? It was my absolute favorite and didn’t stand a chance in this house lol. I am considering reordering these just for the big one! I miss it dearly. The other ones are too small for large leftovers.Update 1:I ended up keeping these despite the lid of the largest container not popping on correctly from the get-go. Wish I could get a new lid, but I don’t want to go through the hassle of complaining to the company. I just use cling wrap. The rest of the lids work great and I’ve used them nonstop so I am definitely giving it 4 stars. Would be 5 had the lid been perfect. I use them most often to store my toddler’s leftovers and for making homemade dips. They re fantastic for that. And the biggest one stores chicken and other larger meals like leftover spaghetti, etc… having the glass is so nice!Original:I put an average sized coffee cup and small baby monitor in the picture for size comparison. These are not nearly as large as I had expected them to be, but then again, I rarely look at dimensions. I was tempted to purchase these based on a youtuber’s suggestion. They looked so much larger in her videos. Lol Oh well, guess we will see how they hold up. First impressions, the ring that creates the airtight seal has come out of over half of the lids as I remove them upon unboxing. That means they will be easy to clean but frustrating to keep track of if they slip out constantly. I will update if I send them back this week.Great productIt’s clean and has good quality!We ordered this full set of Glass Lock containers as we are trying to cut down on plastic. For the most part they work really well. Unfortunately, the largest of the containers is basically unusable. While most of the lids snap in place, the one large one (which we did not have opportunity to use right away) will not lock down on two of the four sides of the container. This makes that one container basically useless for preserving anything.The lids have a rubber ring on the inside that keep coming out. Some of the lids are extremely difficult to close. I do like how airtight the containers are and how they organize my fridge. I also find that they are are smaller and wish they came with a few larger pieces.Great glass Tupperware. El minimo en que lo vi era de quinientos veinti nueve pesosCuando vives solo, es un tormento tener que guardar tus alimentos, luego sacarlos del molde, ponerlos en la olla o en el plato, y luego vaciarlos en el plato -si calentaste en la olla-, con estos moldes que ademas se ven rebonitos en el refri, te ahorras todo, ya que los sacas del refri, y directo al micro, y ahi mismo te los comes sin sentirte tan rudimentario, pues lucen en la mesa. Me han advertido que cuide los seguros pues al ser la tapa de plastico, con el uso se pueden trozar, ya veremos dijo el ciego, pues si me sucedió con unos moldes baratos -todos de plastico-, que usan un sistema similar. Sus empaques son impresionantes.Son muy bonitos y el precio fue excelente alrededor de $600 pesos, además se pueden meter dentro de sí por una parte los cuadrados, por otra los redondos y por otra los rectangulares con lo cual quedan solo tres pequeños espacios ocupados, se pueden meter al congelador y aún congelados se abren súper fácil, lo cual me había costado muchísimo trabajo con otros tipos de contenedores, como son de cristal se les pueden colocar cosas frías y calientes sin preocupación, cierran excelente y no gotean, muy recomendablesSobre todo por el precio. En ningún lado encuentras 9 piezas enteras por $530. La calidad está muy bien, y los tamaños vienen variados. Me gusta que sólo 1 de ellos es pequeño, a veces en paquetes surtidos te ponen la mitad en puras miniaturas y en este ha sido lo contrario.I've owned this set of Glasslock containers for 10 months. They are well made in terms of being leak proof, durable, and easy to clean. HOWEVER, the plastic lids outgas a noxious chemical smell that builds up in a closed container...even after many months of use and many washings. I just opened one a few minutes ago, gave it a whiff, and now have a headache and am slightly dizzy. I'm not some precious snowflake who must have everything organic and "natural." I'm giving up on these containers >>> into the recycling bin.
